I came across this amazing technology today. Well I actually came across it a few weeks ago when walking down the street past an architectural exhibition in London.  I spent about 15 minutes dragging my girlfriend left and right trying to figure out how 3 buildings were following me from a flat display in a window. I didn’t figure it out and my girlfriend made me spend an extra 15 minutes in Topshop as payback, but thankfully I came across this video today which shed some light on the technology for me.

Obviously the uses for this technology are endless but the most obvious one would be the architectural industry as shown in the demo. As the technology becomes cheaper you can see this stuff being printed out and passed around the boardroom for everything from the new model for a computer game character to your holiday photos taken from your stereoscopic camera!
